Murals are priced based on square footish and design level. There are 3 tiers of pricing. These are my general prices, but the cost can be more/ less depending on wall texture, equipment required, and full coverage of wall. Travel, and mock up fees are not included in this pricing structure.
Tier 1: Simple Design $20 per square foot
Tier 2: Medium Design $30 per sqaure foot
Tier 3: Complex Design $40 per sqaure foot
I typically need 3 weeks notice before starting. It is a first come, first served bases. The client that pays deposit and signs contract gets first priority for project. Then interior and exterior matters, because of weather and climate.
Yes. A smooth wall vs. texture wall require different amounts of paint and prep work. Rougher surface will typically take longer.
We start by discussing your vision for the mural. I prefer to have you send me inspiration photos and/or brand guide so I can better understand what your looking for. Then I can create a digital sketch/mock up based on what we discussed. I charge a $300 non refundable mock up deposit agreement, including 2 designs 2 revisions if needed. Deposit must be paid before designing can start. Any more designs or revisions will be billed by my hourly rate of $100.
Once I have approval for the mock up design, we set a date to paint! I’ll send you an invoice and contract. Once you sign the contract I require a 50% non refundable deposit. The other 50% is to be paid upon completion of the mural.
